Connection Call
Connection matters! The relationship you have with your therapist is the foundation to a positive therapeutic relationship. Connection calls are free 15 minute introductions that allow you to ask any questions you might have, as well as get to know your therapist a little better!
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions offered both in-person and online for adolescents and adults. Sessions are tailored around your individual goals, concerns and areas of focus. Redefined Minds values connection, collaboration and compassion and our therapists encompass these values throughout the therapeutic process
Professional Supervision
Professional supervision is available for counsellors, psychotherapists and other allied health professionals. Kristal has completed professional supervision training that is recognised by both ACA and PACFA and delivers both individual and group supervision. Sessions are available both in-person and online
