Supervision
Supervision
Individual Supervision
Individual supervision is a vital part of upholding professionalism and self care as a mental health professional. If you are registered with a governing board, supervision is more than likely a requirement of your registration. Supervision offered by Redefined Minds is recognised by both ACA and PACFA for counsellors and psychotherapists. Common reasons for supervision include:
Clinical case consultations
Support establishing and building a private practice
Working with specific presentations such as eating disorders & trauma
Intervention and skill development
Career growth
Support with self-care and burnout prevention
Ethical dilemmas
Group Supervision
Group supervision is very similar to individual supervision, however does have the added benefit of group inclusion. Group supervision is a supportive, collaborative and uplifting environment where connection, compassion and collectiveness thrive. Group supervision is a great way to connect, network and develop professional relationships with other counsellors while learning from the collective group of experience
Currently, group supervision is offered monthly online via Zoom
